Advanced Laundry Systems services a variety of industries including Hospitality, Government, Multifamily, and Coin-Operated Laundries. Because of the diversity in our customers, we have chosen to represent some of the most trusted brands in the world including but not limited to B&C, Technologies, Dexter Laundry, Speed Queen, and UniMac. As our Service & Dispatch Manager, you will perform a variety of tasks related to installs, service, repairs & maintenance on commercial laundry and equipment such as washer, dryers, ironers, and folding equipment.

Primary Tasks:

  • You will oversee and coordinate transportation and operations of Service, Maintenance, and Installs.
  • Maintain a matrix with the tech’s routes, start location, specialty tool, equipment and qualifications to assign the proper tech with the proper job.
  • Work directly with internal and external customers to enhance service.
  • Conduct service audits for jobs that are over 30 days old.
  • Manage time and resources to control costs, enhance efficiencies, and meet time-to-repair commitments.
  • Respond to special requests from customers related to jobs performed by a tech.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Competitive Pay: 60k to 62k year.

  • Experience with Intuit Field Management preferred.
  • Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
  • Ability to identify customer needs and clearly articulate product and service offerings

  • Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize
