Job DescriptionJob Description

We are currently seeking a logistics coordinator to perform a variety of logistic tasks. Responsibilities include data entry, preparing documents, booking freight, quoting, filing AES and tracking freight.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to execute A-Z arrangements moving air and ocean shipments.
  • Ability to file AES
  • Accuracy in typing and ability to prepare and maintain documents and records.
  • Commitment to daily tasks such as entering key data for tracking.
  • Cooperative demeanor and willingness to provide assistance and support to company personnel.
  • Ability to research, track, and prepare documentation issues and discrepancies.
  • Excellent communication skills required to report to management and compile reports/summaries on assigned activity areas.
  • Commitment to compliance with established standards, procedures.
  • Passion for continued learning and updating job knowledge.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience with Air and Ocean freight forwarding
  • High school degree.
  • Associate's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform all filing and record keeping duties.
  • Solid data entry and word processing skills.
  • Excellent organization skills.
