What You Will Be Doing
- Analyze construction documents and advise on potential issues.
- Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, supply requisitions, RFIs, and submittals.
- Assist with field change requests and update as-built documents.
- Prepare special reports, studies, and statistical analyses as needed.
- Attend project coordination meetings and proactively develop career skills.
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Science, or Project Management Certification (PMP) with related construction experience.
- 1-2 years of construction or general business experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn new software.
- Must obtain OSHA-30 certification within six months of hire.
- Courteous, professional, diplomatic, and highly motivated.
