Role Responsibilities

As the Site Manager at Construction Simplified you are responsible for leading job site operations with excellence, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a proactive leader who consistently aligns with our Mission, Vision, and Purpose while embracing and promoting the company's core values on-site.

Communication of the Firm's Mission, Vision, Purpose and Core Values

• Actively communicate and embody the firm's mission, vision, purpose, and core values to foster a strong culture and build trust both internally and externally. This involves leading by example, engaging the team in understanding and aligning with the firm's values, ensuring consistent messaging in client communications, building client relationships based on integrity and excellence, and representing the firm as a brand ambassador in the community. Mastering this competency helps embed the firm's values into its culture and operations, enhancing its reputation and cohesion.

Highly Effective Site Supervision

• Lead core construction management projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. This includes coordinating subcontractors, managing site access and safety, enforcing safety protocols, and performing quality control by reviewing construction drawings and verifying work. You will monitor progress, ensure site cleanliness and security, and maintain detailed documentation of site activities, including daily logs, progress photos, and field communications, all while aiming to exceed field excellence requirements and enhance client satisfaction.

Strong Assistance in Project Management Overlap

• Extend their role beyond traditional site supervision by taking on additional Project Management responsibilities to support growth and promotion opportunities. This includes managing the Master Project Schedule, preparing and leading key project meetings, overseeing the Change Management process, and ensuring effective stakeholder communication. Site Managers also serve as primary client contacts, fostering strong relationships and addressing concerns to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, they are tasked with identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in construction practices, contributing to the firm's overall success and growth.

Support Marketing & Brand Efforts

• Support the firm's marketing and branding efforts by assisting with the promotion of the firm and its team, contributing to project portfolios and promotional materials, and engaging with various media platforms. While not required to lead marketing initiatives, you should help develop and execute strategies that highlight the firm's strengths, ensure project-level marketing aligns with the firm's brand, and collaborate on keeping website content current. Your involvement helps strengthen the firm's market presence and contributes to its overall growth and success.

Experience Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing construction sites, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
• Strong understanding of construction management processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
• A safety-first mentality, including OSHA 30, clean driving record and an innate awareness to project safety
• Ability to mentor and lead a diverse team, fostering collaboration and productivity.
• Knowledge and fluency in software programs: Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, providing evidence of effective site leadership.
