Postal Center International (PCI) is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sprint planning, client data integrations, and various IT projects related to Cybersecurity, ERP, Quality Assurance/Control and Software Development, this role requires exceptional project management skills, technical expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is a full time role, on site in Weston, FL

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the technical lead for assigned projects and tasks.
  • Participate in client communications to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and executed.
  • Develop, sell, and implement comprehensive project plans, including project team structure, resource assignment, implementation, testing, and training plans.
  • Own all project risks, including time, budget, and scope, and develop plans to contain and mitigate these risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Compile accurate and timely daily/weekly project status reports.
  • Facilitate scrum meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Ensure IT systems and workflows are well-documented for future reference.
  • Participate in QA and UAT planning and execution.
  • Create and manage project requirements documentation.
  • Ensure project plans are organized and vetted to deliver SLAs effectively.
  • Implement quality controls to verify the accuracy of order processing.
  • Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
     
Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and communication.
  • PMP Certification (or equivalent in six sigma, agile, or scrum methodologies) is highly preferred.
  • Experience scoping and implementing data integration projects.
  • Experience implementing ERP projects or commensurate experience.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field of study.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technical project manager in a software development team.
