We are looking for the best of the best project managers for our growing practice. Whats that look like you say? Well we really would like an experienced Dayforce, UKG or Workday Project Manager. Someone who has taken a HCM system enterprise scope of a project, translate that into a project plan, someone who can draw tasks and milestones out working with our talented team of Dayforce SME's, and someone who can manage this plan (communications, dates, risks) which all lead to a terrific client experience and a great internal team experience as well. This person will mange 3-5 projects at a time, lead executive communications, keep all plans, templates and project documents on task, and rally the cats so to speak each and every day to ensure all projects are on track and headed towards success. Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Execution:
Lead end-to-end project management for Dayforce HCM implementations, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation.
Work with Adaptalytics resources to create and manage project plans in Smartsheet for each client assigned. Track to project plans and milestone/deliverables. Ensure all deliverables are met in accordance with scope of work.
Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives and priorities.
Manage client expectations and address any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
Configuration and Customization:
Oversee the configuration and customization of Dayforce modules to meet client-specific requirements, working closely with technical consultants and developers.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
Generate regular progress reports and performance metrics to track project KPIs and evaluate success against predefined goals.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, specifically with Dayforce implementations.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
Strong understanding of Dayforce or UKG or Workday HCM platform(s) and modules. Ability to walk clients through HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
