Job Title: Oracle HCM Specialist

Location: Dallas, TX { Hybrid }

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Management, Recruitment & Onboarding, and Absence Management. This role requires a deep understanding of HCM processes and the ability to leverage Oracle HCM to optimize our HR functions and improve employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oracle HCM Implementation and Maintenance:

    • Oversee the implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Oracle HCM modules.
    • Ensure system integrations are seamless and data flows correctly between modules.

  2. Core HR:

    • Manage and configure Core HR functionalities, including employee records, organizational structures, and job management.
    • Handle system updates and customizations related to Core HR processes.

  3. Payroll:

    • Administer Oracle Payroll modules, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with regulations.
    • Troubleshoot payroll issues and manage payroll-related data integration.

  4. Benefits:

    • Configure and manage Oracle Benefits modules to handle benefits administration, open enrollment, and benefits compliance.
    • Support benefits reconciliation and reporting.

  5. Time & Labor:

    • Oversee Time & Labor functionalities, including time tracking, attendance, and labor distribution.
    • Ensure accurate time reporting and compliance with labor laws.

  6. Talent Management:

    • Manage Oracle Talent Management modules, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
    • Analyze talent metrics and recommend strategies for talent development.

  7. Learning Management:

    • Configure and manage the Oracle Learning module to support employee training and development.
    • Monitor learning initiatives and track completion rates.

  8. Workforce Management:

    • Utilize Oracle Workforce Management to optimize workforce scheduling, labor costs, and productivity.
    • Implement strategies for effective workforce planning and analysis.

  9. Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Oversee the Oracle Recruitment and Onboarding modules to streamline the hiring process and improve candidate experience.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires and integration with other HR processes.

  10. Absence Management:

    • Manage Oracle Absence Management functionalities to handle employee leave requests, absences, and compliance.
    • Analyze absence trends and develop strategies for managing absenteeism.

  11. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Generate and analyze reports related to all Oracle HCM modules to support decision-making.
    • Develop dashboards and metrics to track HR performance and trends.

  12. Support and Training:

    • Provide end-user support and training for Oracle HCM applications.
    • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for HR staff.
