Description of Role: We are seeking a Reoccurrence Biller for a full time, contract role supporting our client in the oil & gas industry. This will be a 4-month contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Pricing and Plans - offering a variety of pricing options and subscription plans to cater to different customer needs and preferences.
  • Manage the billing process, ensuring all bills are sent accurately and on time
  • Establishing the frequency at which customers are billed, whether monthly, quarterly, annually, or any other defined period.
  • Process and record payments in a timely manner
  • Handle customer inquiries related to billing
  • Monitor customer accounts, ensuring they remain up-to-date and accurate
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and accounting, to resolve billing issues

Skills & Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Recurring revenue experience is a plus
  • Must have intermediate Excel experience
  • Customer service experience is required
  • Sales Force experience is a plus

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
