Job DescriptionJob Description

Purpose: Accurately and efficiently report data from field personnel to vendor database.

 Responsibilities

·         Contact vendors to arrange access for technicians to work sites

·         Accurately enter data from internal forms into vendor database

·         Track progress completion using spreadsheets and email, report daily

·         Verify data and report inaccuracies to supervisor for correction

·         Maintain records using company guidelines

·         Meet or exceed expected daily volume of data entry

·         Maintain confidentiality of all information

Technology Skills

·         E-Mail — Microsoft Outlook 

·         Electronic reporting – Pronto Forms & Vendor databases

·         Desktop and/or laptop computer operation

·         Microsoft Office

Knowledge

·         Customer Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for meeting customer expectations. Meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. 

·         English Language — Ability to read and comprehend the English language.

·         Computer Usage – Advanced skills and troubleshooting for computer use.
