We are searching for an enthusiastic and result-oriented --Business-to-Business and Business-to-Client Sales Representative to expand our client base within the construction and cabinet distribution sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth.

Prospect and identify potential clients within the construction industry, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, for both construction projects and cabinet distribution.

Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs, enabling the development of targeted sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized interactions, ensuring satisfaction with our construction and cabinet distribution services.

Present and demonstrate our products and services, including cabinets, to prospective clients, showcasing their value and benefits in the construction and cabinet distribution spheres.

Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client, whether in the construction or cabinet distribution domain.

Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure successful project implementation, cabinet distribution, and overall client satisfaction.

Meet and exceed sales targets for both construction and cabinet distribution while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in business-to-business and business-to-client sales within the construction industry, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of construction industry dynamics, products, and services, as well as cabinet distribution operations and offerings.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both businesses and individual clients.

Ability to effectively manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales.

  • Making 70+ phone calls (10+ conversations) per day to assigned companies with more than 250 employees
