Brio Water Technology, Inc. is growing and seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, enjoys customer interactions, and has the skills to assist and collaborate with the customers to provide an awesome client experience. Organization, collaboration, customer first mentality, sense of urgency and team mindset are the most important ingredients for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all customer inquiries including but not limited to product details, product availability, and transactions
  • Provide product support to customers who have questions on the use of our products.
  • Process claims as needed.
  • Other tasks as needed to continue to make our customers satisfied.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Basic computer skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Excellent Organization skills
  • Ability to think one step ahead and prioritize urgent tasks
  • High school diploma
  • Must be detail oriented with great follow up skills
  • Positive work ethic and attitude
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • 2 or more years experience in a call center
