  • First point of contact for internal staff and customers
  • Review, monitor supply chains and vendors, process orders
  • Update databases and assist customers and internal/external staff
  • Contract oversight for revisions, updates, addendums, etc.
  • Spreadsheet tracking and updates
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Clerical/Admin tasks
  • Fast and accurate typing
  • High level of Excel (charts/graphs/formulas, etc.)
  •  

Stable work history with at least 2 or more years in each job position held. High school diploma/GED necessary, college degree preferred

$22-$24/hr DOE. 7:30a-4:30p M-F. Temporary-to-hire placement. Very nice benefits and perks once hired as regular employee.
