Sales Representative

Royce Bravo Security and Access Control is a 40+ year old security company and one of the largest providers of custom gate automation, fence fabrication and installation, access control systems and CCTV throughout the state of Florida. Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking qualified candidates for a Sales Account Manager position located at our Tampa, FL office. The territory you will be responsible for is all of Tampa including surrounding areas.
Our Sales Team is responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships within the assigned territories and calling on new and existing accounts with one goal in mind; creating sales growth within the region. This position offers an independent work environment with necessary training and support as well as a competitive compensation/benefits package. Responsibilities:
- Generate profitable revenue growth through implementing and achieving sales objectives
- Seek out, qualify and close new sales opportunities.
- Develop, build and implements long term strategies and relationships with building owners, developers, property managers, architects, consulting engineers, and contractors to take advantage of all sales opportunities
- Assure a high level of customer satisfaction by identifying issues, proposing solutions and managing implementation from start to finish
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business
- Utilizes sales tools effectively and follows all sales processes while keeping management informed of progress
- Accurately report activities within the required time frame set by the Sales Director
- Meet / exceed sales goals set by Sales Director
Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ experience successfully selling gate and access control solutions or similar complex systems
- Strong verbal, written and communication skills
- Commitment to integrity and quality in all aspects of business
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to contribute effectively in a team environment
- Be well organized and respond promptly
