We are seeking a Director of Retail Operations to join our Team You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Retail Store Managers & more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain regular communication with retail store Managers/Directors including regular staff meetings and on-site visits
  • Maintain good business relationships with vendors
  • Responsible for the daily product pricing of retail outlets
  • Ensure the company’s strategies are implemented in a manner to meet or exceed the annual and long-term revenue goals
  • Assist the executive team in project planning and execution of strategic plans that have been adopted by leadership
  • Develop reports on Store profit & loss

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management (or related field) or five (5) years equivalent experience
  • Ability to determine the retail prices for products sold by Stores
