About the role 

  • As a Jr. Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. 

  • You will act as a trusted advisor, providing product guidance, best practices, and proactive support. 

  • You will also collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities, and to provide feedback on customer needs and expectations. 

What you will do 

  • Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their success with our platform 

  • Conduct regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and renewal conversations 

  • Identify and resolve customer issues, escalate as needed, and follow up until resolution 

  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out to customers at risk of churn 

  • Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services that add value to our customers 

  • Collect and share customer feedback and insights with our internal teams 

  • Create and update customer success plans and reports 

What you will need 

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a SaaS company 

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 

  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

  • Experience with CRM and customer success tools 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
