Jr. Customer Success Manager

About the role
As a Jr. Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
You will act as a trusted advisor, providing product guidance, best practices, and proactive support.
You will also collaborate with our sales, marketing, and product teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities, and to provide feedback on customer needs and expectations.
What you will do
Manage a portfolio of clients and ensure their success with our platform
Conduct regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and renewal conversations
Identify and resolve customer issues, escalate as needed, and follow up until resolution
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively reach out to customers at risk of churn
Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services that add value to our customers
Collect and share customer feedback and insights with our internal teams
Create and update customer success plans and reports
What you will need
1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role in a SaaS company
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with CRM and customer success tools
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
