Flooring Branch Manager
We are looking for a Branch Manager to support a flooring distributor in West Palm Beach, FL area. This individual will be leading and managing a fast-paced flooring branch overseeing sales and sales staff, showroom and design, estimating, project management and operations.
Key responsibilities:

  • Include developing and implementing strategies to drive company growth.
  • Providing strong leadership to ensure the highest quality flooring solutions, while maintaining
  • profitable operations.
  • Build client relationships and ensure follow up is completed on all jobs.
  • Provide outstanding service to determine customer’s flooring and design needs.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Recruit, interview and hire qualified flooring professionals, as needed.
  • Must have a proven track record of maintaining strong relationships with industry partners,
  • customers, and stakeholders, and to ensure the departments operations are both successful and profitable.
  • Enhances relationships with residential construction project managers, owners, designers and builders.

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of residential sales, project management and operations experience within the flooring industry.
  • Sales management (sales training, KPI development, closing)
  • P&L responsibility (operational control of budgets, costing and profits)
  • Strong follow-up and communication skills with all external and internal players of flooring projects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a clean MVR. 
  • Existing in-market relationships with project managers, designers, builders, architects and general contractors.
  • Proficient in sales/flooring software as well as MS Office, JD Edwards, Measure Square or others
