Responsibilities:

  • Setup, operate, and program CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to customer specifications
  • Regrinding / Re-Machining / Refurbishment of parts already In-service
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production
  • Perform regular maintenance and inspections on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the production team to meet project deadlines and quality standards
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of CNC experience and decent programming skills (able to adjust CNC programs)
  • Experienced in precision milling and/or grinding, turning experience a plus
  • Detail-oriented and able to work with very tight tolerances
  • Strong understanding of NC Codes
  • Forklift operator license
