Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: Rochester Hills, MI (Position is remote but candidates must come onsite on Day 1 to pick up equipment)

Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

The Business Systems Analyst will:

  • Complete analysis of existing methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods
  • Complete recommendations for business processes that ensure alignment with strategic direction; integrate business processes between multiple organizations
  • Complete the coordination of business process changes and assist in implementing system solutions
  • Perform a full range of standard work for the professional field, referring complex or unusual problems to others
  • Identify and resolve complex problems and apply problem-solving skills in order to deal with most situations
  • Demonstrate and apply broad knowledge of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments, successfully applying complex knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular areas of specialization
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the organization's business practices and issues, with an understanding and/or experience with Service Level Agreements
  • Maintain the highest standards of honesty and integrity, as well as confidentiality of employee, customer, and corporate information
  • Handle other duties, as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ of experience supporting end-users, utilizing excellent customer service skills required
  • Strong ServiceNow experience required
  • Familiarity supporting Microsoft 365, including Outlook and OneDrive, required
  • A minimum of a HS Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree, or relevant vocational technical training or Information Technology Support Certification preferred
