Join our team as an Account/Customer Service Coordinator where you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service and maintaining a great relationship to our customer base. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. This person will coordinate all aspects of service for a major account involved in the manufacturing industry.
Duties:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details to customers.
- Assist customers in resolving issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
-Billing and invoicing, track paperwork flow, and track customer inventories.
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer information in the database during each interaction.
- Collaborate with customers, office and warehouse staff.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strive to meet or exceed customer service targets. Great time management skill with ability to work with little or no supervision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly(AS400/SAP experience is a plus) and ability to manage large volumes of emails.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers from various backgrounds.
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience in sales or customer support is required.
- Strong data entry skills for accurate record keeping.
