Executive Assistant
CONTRACT POSITION AVAILABLE: Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of snack foods, has an immediate need for several Executive Assistants. In this role, the EA will support a team of 6 -7 managers in their daily activities.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am -5:00 pm
Contract Length: 6 - months
Location: Hybrid/ Remote (2 days), On-site/ Massillon (3 days), 44646
Pay rate: $25.00/ hour

Skill-level duties related to:

The executive assistant will support the department in preparing and proofing office documents and reports, product verification, sample creation, drafting and managing SOPs, and documenting and reporting information.
What you’ll need to be successful in this role:

High School diploma or equivalent required
Prior supporting of mid-senior level management experience
MS Office, SharePoint, Acrobat (PDF editing), communication skills for business writing, organization, problem-solving and detail-oriented
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
