Responsibilities

  • Greet patients
  • Clean/set-up rooms
  • Clinical charting
  • Instrument sterilization and maintenance
  • Answer telephone/make calls
  • Filing correspondence
  • Other general clinical and clerical duties

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with same or similar work is preferred, but not required as you will be trained
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills along with excellent computer and typing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work approximately 24-32 hours per week, Monday-Friday. Friday afternoons are off.

Benefits

  • Six paid holidays per year
  • Ability to participate in four weeks of vacation per year, of which two are paid after the first year
  • Ability to participate in the office SIMPLE retirement plan
  • Starting wage $16/hour during an eight week training period. At the end of a successful training period, the hourly wage will increase to $18/hour
