Call Center Representative

Platinum Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Shakopee,MN)
1st shift Monday-Friday-8 am to 4:30 pm
Wage-$18.75-$20.50 DOE- If you have someone that needs more we will have to talk about it
Customer Service Representative will take 60-80 inbound calls daily from our independent distributors, look up product part numbers, process payments, and handle customer service concerns as they arise.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required; three years of customer service or inbound sales call center experience required
- Ability to quickly learn computer systems and order processing best practices
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in fast paced always changing situations
- Detail oriented to correctly enter orders received from Conklin’s distributors over phone, fax, and email
- Proficient PC skills, ability to adapt to a multi-generational customer base, good listening skills a must, experience with multiple order entry and CRM system's is a plus
