We are seeking kind, dynamic and highly motivated Front Desk Associates to join our studio family. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, experience with ClubReady software, and a passion for helping others

Additionally, our ideal Associate will express a willingness to learn about our method, build relationships with and educate potential/existing clients on our brand, sell memberships/retail, and make our clients feel seen, valued and warmly welcomed of course

Front Desk Associates must be confident answering phones, fulfilling daily tasks, assisting client needs, making sales, opening/closing the studio and working with ClubReady software. Body & Ballet Collective offers convenient blocked scheduling hours and the ability to earn commissions on membership sales in a fun, supportive environment

COMPENSATION & PERKS:

  • Competitive pay: $12-15hr

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with ClubReady software and/or ability to learn
  • Background in sales
  • Punctual arriving at a set time prior to Opening Hours 
  • Ability to assist with membership and retail sales
  • Availability for minimum of 2-3 hour block shifts per week
  • Warm personality on calls and servicing clients in studio
  • Commitment to maintain a motivating and inspiring attitude characteristic of the BBCO brand
  • Visually inspect equipment prior to each class to ensure it's in working order and safe for use
  • Organizational skills and maintaining a tidy store front
