Greg Hubler Automotive is looking for an energetic and results oriented Parts Manager to help grow our Parts Department for our Ford and Hyundai stores in Muncie, IN.  We are growing and  expanding our Hyundai operations with stand-alone Sales and Service operations. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the parts inventory levels closely for auto repair and sales needs without delay based on projected demand and matching cost targets
  • Create and modify purchase orders. Process and close open invoices
  • Leverage the inventory control systems to record and track auto part sales and auto repair work
  • Order parts that meet the cost and quality standards of the automotive parts department, dealership, and vehicle manufacturers
  • Keep accurate inventory records for the integrity of the inventory count.

Job Requirements: 

  • Previous Parts Management experience (Preferred)
  • Management Experience (Required)
  • Parts Experience (Required)
  • Must be able to work manufacturer Snapon parts catalogs and DealerTrack DMS system & Xtime to determine the correct parts and pricing.
  • Valid Driver's License
