Job Summary:

We're seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals for both full and part-time roles as Client Liaisons to join our team in the San Antonio area. As integral members of our company, Client Liaisons play a vital role in representing our values, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for local small business owners, maintaining positive relationships and providing personalized support.

  • Manage and nurture existing business accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for growth and reach out to potential clients to acquire new business and expand our client base.

  • Address inquiries and requests from new and existing account holders promptly and professionally, providing expert guidance and assistance.

  • Efficiently plan and organize daily schedules to maximize productivity and meet client needs.

  • Cultivate and maintain positive rapport with clients, fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, transactions, and client interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.

Requirements and Skills:

While prior experience in a similar role is required, we are looking for individuals who are highly motivated, customer-focused, and possess the following qualities:

  • Demonstrated success in a client-facing role, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients effectively and provide exceptional service.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and resolving issues.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities.
