**Job Description:**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized office assistant to support our busy event planning team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with excellent communication skills and a passion for the events industry. Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Providing administrative support to the event planning team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Assisting with client communications, including phone calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Assisting with event logistics, such as venue research, vendor coordination, and onsite support.
- Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.

**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Previous office administration or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Suites and Dropbox a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for the events industry and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
