We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized individual to join our team as an Order Entry Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data entry. As an Order Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and with the correct specifications. An Order Entry Specialist will also be responsible for responding to inquiries from customers or sales managers, troubleshooting any issues with orders, and providing customer service as needed.

The environment is typically fast paced and high-energy.  An Order Entry Specialist must be comfortable juggling a multitude of tasks at the same time as you prioritize responsibilities to meet daily deadlines.

Responsibilities:

·         Accurately input customer orders into QuickBooks, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.

·         Respond to inquiries from customers regarding their orders and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.

·         Process orders in a timely and efficient manner to meet customer delivery expectations.  Must understand shipping timelines to electronically ship domestic and international orders.

·         Monitor order status throughout the fulfillment process and work with production to ensure timely delivery.

·         Resolve any issues that arise with customer orders including changes, cancellations, or discrepancies.

·         Maintain accurate data entry records and ensure the order processing system is updated in real-time.

·         Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives to ensure maximum efficiency in the order entry process.
