Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to patients.

​Responsibilities:

  • Administer medication to patients
  • Provide basic patient care and treatment
  • Collaborate with substance use disorder counselors to ensure the highest quality of patient care is maintained
  • Collect enrollment data for the mid-level provider and MD 
  • Educate and update patients on harm reduction and communicable disease
  • Maintain the EHR
  • Maintain the medication inventory in accordance with DEA regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in the behavioral health system a plus
  • Ability to build rapport with patients
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
