Through our messaging and price points, we intend to make concentrates an accessible option for novice and veteran users alike.

As a Key Account Manager for OozeX, you will be responsible for managing the relationships between the brand and our most important customers. Your primary focus will be on maximizing value for both the customer and the company while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing key clients by understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans that outline objectives, strategies, and action plans to achieve mutual goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment in delivering value to key accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure profitability while meeting the needs of key accounts.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by key accounts promptly and effectively, and work to find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products to key accounts based on their needs and priorities.
  • Monitor key account performance against agreed-upon metrics and KPIs, and take corrective actions as needed to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts on key account performance, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management.
  • Must be able to make lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualify leads and sell products.
  • Handle unexpected challenges and urgent matters with poise and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Weekly local travel as needed to meet with key account contacts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 21 years of age (or as required by state regulations)
  • 3 + years of experience as a sales account manager or similar role.
  • Ability to travel locally routinely.
  • A professional manner with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required. QuickBooks, Leaflink, and Salesforce are a plus.
  • High level of positive energy, quick learner, and can-do attitude
