Job DescriptionJob Description

One of our clients is seeking a temporary Technical Support Specialist.

This is a full-time, temporary position where you will work 100% onsite.

Some of your responsibilities as Technical Support Specialist include:

  • Analyzing, researching and resolving hardware and software issues
  • Documenting current processes and troubleshooting steps
  • Working to improve efficiencies
  • Assisting with transitioning employees from an onsite office setting to a remote environment
  • Tearing down des equipment
  • Performing equipment inventory checkouts
  • Completing tier 1 desktop support work
  • Performing Thin Client imaging
  • Providing mobile device support
  • Other duties as assigned

To qualify, you must have one to two (1-2) years of IT Service Desk experience, you will also be expected to have:

  • Working knowledge of the following
    • Windows operating systems
    • Mobile operating systems
    • Active Directory
    • VMWare
    • McAfee Endpoint
  • Basic knowledge of server and printing technologies
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong time management skills
