Position Overview:

 

As an Inbound Call Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your primary role will be to engage potential clients through incoming calls, assess their tax-related challenges, and seamlessly transfer them to our senior closers. This position is critical in ensuring that clients receive the assistance they need promptly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Answer calls, engage with potential clients, identify the source of their tax liability, and understand their needs

  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our services; schedule transfers to senior closers

  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all client interactions in compliance with regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with senior closers and other team members to optimize client engagement strategies

  • Meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining professionalism and integrity

  • Experienced in customer service or phone sales 

  • Driven and motivated with a strong desire for personal and professional growth

  • Coachable and open to feedback to continuously improve their skills

  • Detail-oriented with a high sense of accountability

  • Excellent communicators, capable of building trust and rapport with clients over the phone

  • Adaptable and able to adhere to company standards in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
