The ideal candidate will assist our clients with pre-suit personal injury claims and actively participate in post-filing motions, discovery, and related processes. While prior litigation experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. This position offers the opportunity to earn bonus pay based on performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct client intakes and establish claims with insurance companies.
  • Collect and organize documentation of all damages sustained, including medical records, bills, and loss of income.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and manage case files efficiently.
  • Verify insurance coverage and liaise with insurance company representatives and adjusters.
  • Draft demands and negotiate with insurance companies under attorney supervision.
  • Prepare legal documents and correspondence such as demand letters, discovery responses, and motions.
  • Manage attorneys' litigation and hearing calendars.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bodily injury case manager, negotiator, or litigation paralegal.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Fluency in Armenian is essential.
