Position Overview:

Join our team as an Administrative Assistant supporting lien negotiation within our accounting department. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in administrative support, possessing exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate lien resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting thorough reviews to identify and categorize liens, assessing their validity and organizing necessary documentation
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant entities, to facilitate lien negotiations under the guidance of senior staff
  • Support internal legal teams, case managers, and other staff by gathering all necessary case information and maintaining accurate records to support effective lien resolution
  • Provide regular updates to attorneys and case managers regarding the progress of lien resolutions, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the process
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all negotiations, agreements, and communications related to lien resolutions
  • Perform general administrative duties as required

Location: This role is based at our Beverly Hills office and requires physical presence on-site.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in administrative support within a legal or accounting setting is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage documentation and information effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and handle multiple tasks concurrently
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and completeness
  • Proficiency in Spanish is desirable; candidates fluent in Spanish are encouraged to apply
