Baler Responsibilities:

  • Loading and Unloading Baler machines
  • Consistently lifting 50+lbs throughout the shift
  • Baling cardboard boxes off of the production line
  • Separate material based on label

Baler Qualifications:

  • Must have experience operating a baler machine
  • Able to read and understand job related written forms and instructions.
  • Must be able to lift 50+lbs the entirety of the shift.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, successfully collaborate with co-workers, production leaders and other employees.
  • Must be comfortable operating a forklift/learning to operate a forklift.
  • Must have attention to detail
  • Steel toe shoes required
  • Must be comfortable being on your feet for 12 hours
