TEWS is working with a growing, home services business in Central Florida to assist in hiring a Customer Call Center / Dispatch Manager. 

As we expand our operations, we are seeing a highly effective Call Center Manager to lead the team we call Customer Experience Representatives (CERs). This team is the front line of communication with our customers, from the initial point of contact
through the follow up. They sell, schedule, dispatch, and maintain relationships with customers, industry partners, and field technicians. This team currently consists of 3 employees working remotely in the Orlando area.

About You: Our ideal candidate would have previous experience in call center or customer service management in the home service industry, strong leadership and team management skills, the ability to innovate within their department for the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:
● Previous experience in a call center or customer service management role within the home service or related industry.
● Proficiency in Field Service Management software and technology, Google Workspace Suite and common business applications.The ability to learn, adjust, and train others on software applications.
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coach, support, and work alongside a team in order to achieve desired results.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
● Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking.

Responsibilities:
● Work alongside the existing team, leading by example.
● Lead and manage the day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management in order to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
● Develop and implement strategies to improve team efficiency and effectiveness, including process improvements and technology
enhancements.
● Coordinate and communicate with the Operations Manager to ensure sufficient staff to accommodate all jobs.
● Ensure the most efficient daily field staff schedule is in place by analyzing and adjusting for strategic geographic parameters.
● Hire and train future CERs, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to deliver outstanding service.
● Supervise the daily workflow and scheduling of the CER team, optimizing
efficiency and productivity.
● Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations, providing valuable feedback and guidance for continuous growth.
● Set and achieve weekly and monthly KPIs, driving the team to meet and exceed targets. Analyze data to most effectively close sales, adjust and change the sales strategy based on that data.
● Demonstrate exceptional composure and respect when speaking with frustrated customers or co-workers, diffusing tense situations with
professionalism.
● Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and quality standards.
● Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to call center and field service management operations.
● Work with marketing and leadership to develop best practices

Additional Information:
● We run on EOS - familiarity with EOS is not a requirement, but is a plus. The Call Center Manager will run weekly L10 meetings with their team.
● Our Tech Stack currently includes Workiz, Slack, Ninety.io, and Asana
● We will provide a computer for business use and any related technical support
● This is a full time position, typically Monday through Friday, normal business hours

Salary: $50,000 to $60,000 based on experience + monthly performance bonuses
