Remote Sales Professional: Setter/Closer

We provide professional sales teams for the coaches, consultants, and entrepreneurs that handle the sales side of the business allowing the said coaches to focus on providing an amazing product and mentorship.

 

We handle the sales. They handle their growth.

 

Role Description

 

This is a commission-based-only remote Setter/Closer role at AK’s Sales Services.

 

The Setter/Closer will be responsible for setting up sales calls and closing high-ticket deals.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Skilled in the sales industry
  • Must be in North America
  • Must be available full-time
  • Open-minded and coachable
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Professional, Prompt, Courteous
  • Must be self motivated and competitive

 

Responsibilities: [training provided]

 

  • Make calls to prospects and set qualified appointments
  • Manage CRM and move prospects accordingly
  • Process payment for closed deals and send out service agreements
  • Timely & relentless follow-up on pending deals
  • Report and track personal KPI set by Sales Manager (daily-weekly-monthly)
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients
  • Attend daily sales huddles and all company wide training events
  • Spend time on personal development

 

Compensation:

 

For each sale closed the payouts of commission are 5-15 percent on cash collected. Deals can vary in size from $5,000 to $100,000. There is no base as well as no ceiling.

 

This is a 100% remote position; you can work from anywhere and enjoy the freedom of time and location. There's room for personal growth, advancement, and you will be surrounded by a community of action takers
