Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to lead and manage our comprehensive marketing strategy for all projects in the US. This role encompasses digital and physical marketing, including visual merchandising for our brick-and-mortar locations, PR, event production, content creation, design, client development, and promotional campaigns. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a knack for execution, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for various projects, aligning with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and online advertising.
  • Oversee physical marketing efforts, including visual merchandising and in-store promotions at our brick-and-mortar locations.
  • Plan and execute PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Coordinate and produce events that align with marketing objectives and enhance brand engagement.
  • Create compelling content across multiple platforms, including blogs, social media, and newsletters.
  • Design marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and influencers to drive business growth.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications.
  • Proven experience as a marketing coordinator, marketing manager, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising and physical marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in the luxury and hospitality industries.
  • Experience in the Latin market and in the US market.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C environments.
