The Office Representative will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role involves handling various office tasks, managing customer payments, and assisting with communication between both internal and external customers.
RESPONSIBILTIES
Office Management:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely reordering.
- Maintain and update office records and documentation.
Communication:
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangement.
Administrative Support:
- Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with data entry and database management.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
Customer Service:
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage client and vendor relationships, ensuring a positive experience.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents’ employees are not employees of State Farm.
