Position Overview:

As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first and the last point of contact for our guests, greeting them with warmth and hospitality as they arrive  at our spa and making sure their experience has been more than they expected as they leave.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every guest receives exceptional service from the moment they walk through the door. From assisting with appointments and inquiries to providing information about our services, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, making them feel valued and appreciated.
  • Assist guests with scheduling appointments, answering questions about services and make sure that our guests have everything they need.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring that it reflects the peaceful atmosphere of our spa.
  • Manage incoming calls and emails, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
  • Process payments accurately and securely.
  • Collaborate with other spa staff to ensure seamless coordination of services and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role. Spa, restaurant or hospitality background is a real plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for interacting with people.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer software (we use Boulevard) for booking appointments and managing customer records. 
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to make each guest feel special and valued.
