Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Organize meetings for quotes and jobs
  • Write emails, memos, and letters
  • Contribute to company reports
  • Maintain an organized filing system
  • Create estimates
  • Create invoices and forward to customers
  • Capable of reading a tape measure to measure metal products
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar position is a plus
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
  • Must be very knowledgeable with QuickBooks Online
