Back Office Manager

World leading Jeweler in search of an experienced Back Office Manager for fast paced position.

Back Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and record store inventory
  • Answer phones and direct calls
  • Order supplies for store
  • Shipping, receiving, and processing of packages
  • Invoicing
  • Generate and organize reports
  • Filing
  • Assist on sales floor when needed
  • General office duties as assigned by management

Back Office Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of office management experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience with retail inventory management
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with willingness to take initiative
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Flexibility with hours/availability
