Quality Control Technician

How this job will fit your life:

  • Hours – 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM 
  • Days – Monday through Friday (No Weekends)
  • Pay – TBD

What you can expect each day:

  • Conduct thorough checks on products to see if they meet company guidelines and safety standards.
  • Reject unacceptable products and initiate corrective action.
  • Monitor manufacturing operations and ensuring they run smoothly
  • Document inspection findings and completing detailed reports and performance records
  • Identify cost reduction and continuous improvement opportunities as they relate to the function
  • Participate in corrective and preventive actions

  • Able to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong analytic and data collection skills
  • Capable of developing and implementing quality methods and procedures
  • Ability to read drawings, specifications, quality plans
  • Capable of meeting assigned deadlines
  • Strong problem management skills
  • Highly skilled in MS Office applications, e. g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Access
  • Knowledge of Minitab for statistical analysis
  • Capable of preparing and presenting reports to management and customers
  • Able to develop and deliver training on quality processes and procedures

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED Preferred
  • 3 years of quality experience in a manufacturing setting
