Our Commercial Real Estate owner seeks seasoned AR pro to head their Accounts Receivable team. Successful individual will manage 1 AR Specialist, and take ownership of AR process. Salary range for this in-office role is 85-95K plus bonus, and firm offers great benefits including matching 401k, full medical/dental/vision, work-life balance and other perks.



  • Supervise tenants' monthly billing process for all tenant accounts
  • Respond to tenant inquiries and interface with departments within the firm
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and prepare necessary rent adjustments
  • Ensure rent statements are generated and uploaded to tenant portal
  • Prepare AR summaries for monthly accounting team meetings
  • Set up and process tenant billing for CAM, insurance and real estate taxes
  • Bill CPI, RE Tax, Insurance and operating expense escalations, utility pass-thru billings
  • Diverse special projects


  • At least 4 years of Accounts Receivable in Commercial Real Estate
  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Strong Excel; MRI, Yardi or similar real estate software a must
  • Strong written and verbal skills
