IKRUSHER is seeking an experienced Warehouse Fulfillment Associate to support our Seattle, WA facility in day-to-day operations full-time.
Job Type: Full-time Onsite. Remote is not allowed.
Requirements:
- Experience working with inventory is a plus.
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Team player with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Availability for On-site Monday-Friday for the working hours (9 am-6 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Front office duties include but are not limited to greeting customers, answering phones, assisting the branch manager with back-end finances, maintaining showroom and displays, and inventory logistics.
- Helping maintain a professional environment in the office.
- Assisting with inventory logistics accurately for the Sales Team.
- Build sample orders for the Sales Team as needed.
- Tracking, examining, and updating incoming inventory as needed.
- Organization and management of inventory including physical counts weekly.
- Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
- Local errands (drop-offs if needed at the post office, supply runs, etc. [paid gas]).
- Abide by all company safety policies.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time hourly.
- Eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
- Eligible for the company’s 401k plan after 90 days of employment.
- Sick hours are earned from the date of hire and are eligible to use after 90 days of employment.
- 7 paid holidays per year.
- Eligible to earn vacation time after 3 months of employment.
