Ivy Mental Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Mental Health Therapist (LSW, LMHC, LMFT) to join our team as a contractor. In this role, you will provide high-quality mental health services to a diverse clientele, managing a caseload of 1-20 patients per week, depending on your availability. This position is ideal for therapists seeking a flexible work schedule that allows them to balance their professional and personal lives.

Most of your patients will be children, though there is the opportunity to expand your caseload to include adults if desired.


Care is be provided both virtually and in-person, depending on the clients needs and your preference for in-person interactions.


Sessions will typically be 50 minutes long.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual therapy sessions to clients, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing evaluations of client progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation for each client session.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to support client needs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all applicable legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Current WA state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMFT or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with behavioral health needs is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience working with children is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, client-centered care.
  • Comfort and proficiency with providing virtual care; experience with telehealth platforms is a plus.

Compensation:

Compensation is based on the number of completed appointments per week:

  • 1-5 patients per week: $50 per appointment
  • 6-10 patients per week: $60 per appointment
  • 11-15 patients per week: $70 per appointment
  • 16 or more patients per week: $80 per appointment
