What it takes to be our Application Developer:
  • .NET development experience, specifically in C#
  • Proficiency in developing and consuming web service endpoints (REST, SOAP)
  • Strong process design and implementation background
  • SQL expertise, especially with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Scripting skills including JavaScript
  • Experience integrating third-party solutions
  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities in Windows Server environments
  • Experience with OCR technology (i.e. ABBYY) preferred
  • Ability to independently lead project discoveries and provide strategic recommendations
  • Ability to architect solutions for defined requirements
  • Ability to configure workflow solutions within selected toolsets
  • Experience with creation and execution of test plans and scripts
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with ability to create organized, concise documentation
  • Demonstrated dependability, initiative, independence, and commitment to quality
  • Collaborative team mentality
What your day will look like as an Application Developer:
  • Design and develop process solutions to meet customer needs
  • Code custom solutions for software integrations, standalone applications with user interfaces, Windows services, and web services
  • Manage project lifecycle, including design, development, testing, implementation, bug fixes, user acceptance testing, and monitoring
  • Collaborate with customers and third-party contractors throughout project lifecycles
  • Create and execute test plans and scripts, manage development, and oversee deployments
  • Ensure system stability and timely issue resolution
  • Oversee change management, backup maintenance, release development, and conduct comprehensive testing to ensure customer-specific requirements are met
  • Mentor customers on relevant technologies
  • Develop and maintain project documentation for administrators and end users
  • Provide administrator training and end-user support
