The Marketing Administrator will provide administrative support to the Marketing Procurement Team.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Metals Buying team, and/or other assigned staff
  2. Receive and enter purchasing or sales orders, prepare reports, and collect and analyze information
  3. Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  4. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Marketing Administrative Manager
Requirements:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  3. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  4. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  5. Proactive approach to problem solving with strong decision-making skills
  6. Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office
  7. Pass a pre-employment drug screening
  8. Pass a pre-employment background check
  9. Willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary

Education/Experience

  1. High school diploma or GED
  2. 2+ years' administrative support or assistant

Physical Requirements

  1. Office environment-utilizing an office desk-sitting, reading, listening, or speaking with the ability to move intermittently throughout the day
  2. Strong sensory skill, such as good eyesight, good hearing and dexterity
  3. Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, copiers, fax machines, and phones
