The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring and developing appropriate mitigations as required to ensure the compliance and successful operation of our SaaS platform before releasing to our clients.  Building test cases, working within an Agile methodology and a strong background in SQL is a plus.  If you have a keen eye for attention to detail and the ability to analyze business requirements, pro-actively ask questions and seek resolution, we want to speak with you

What You Will Do for Us:

  • Write, review, and edit test cases in support of sprint and release activities in an Agile Scrum environment.
  • Identify, analyze, track and report product defects and defect trends, and assist with resolution definition and testing. 
  • Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to create test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Work with scrum team and other departments in the organization to deploy updates and resolve issues that rise throughout the QA process.
  • Enhance existing test frameworks.
  • Make recommendations for repairing defects.
  • Document testing protocols and processes.
  • Track testing and quality metrics.


What You Will Bring to Us:

  • Bachelor’s degree. 
  • 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
  • 1 year of experience in building test cases based on business and technical specifications and executing test cases, including enterprise end-to-end testing and manual testing. 
  • Knowledge of SQL preferred.
  • Preferred Experience in UAT testing, DB Testing, Regression Testing, Web Testing, and SQL Queries.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze business requirements, raise questions and seek resolution to outstanding clarifications required for test case identification. 
  • Experience working within an Agile methodology. 
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
  • Strong initiative and self-starter.
