Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the Management Representative for the ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System.
  • Formulate and uphold policies and procedures.
  • Assist in proposal creation for new projects to fulfill client needs.
  • Deliver quality and inspection assistance to teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Oversee supplier qualification and performance evaluation processes.
  • Engage in cross-departmental collaboration to guarantee that products and services align with established criteria.
  • Occasional travel (up to 10%) to clients, suppliers, and company facilities globally.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated success in collaborating across various departments.
  • Experience with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, and regulatory bodies is preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in durable goods manufacturing.
  • Experience with Radio Frequency Electronics is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Ground-Based Navigation and Landing Systems is beneficial.

Additional Requirements:

  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
  • Must successfully pass a U.S. government background check.
  • Proficient computing skills and the ability to train others.
  • Must be capable of lifting and performing computer-related tasks.
  • Correctable vision and hearing are necessary for job functions.
