As an Operations Analyst, you will be overseeing various aspects of the business to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with industry regulations.


The Opportunity

  • Developing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes to streamline workflow and projects.
  • Monitoring and evaluating existing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards.
  • Implementing strategies to enhance Sales, CSR, QA operations to ensure prompt and efficient handling of inquiries and concerns.
  • Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of insurance documentation.
  • Analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Preparing regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and operational metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and industry best practices to mitigate any potential operating costs.
  • Collaborating with the IT Department to evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Supporting any ad hoc projects to enhance operational efficiency.


What you bring to the table

  • You have progressive experience in Operations and/or Analyst field.
  • You have a Health Insurance Industry background (a bonus)
  • You are a demonstrated expert in Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and report generation) and are able to pull reports and analyze data.
  • You are familiar with call center software, such as Verint, Five9, and Leads Bunker for reporting.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
  • You have efficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels and break down complex concepts to others.


Location & Hours

  • Our office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  We are looking for someone that can commute daily to our Office.
  • Typical hours of operation will be from 9 AM-5 PM Monday-Friday.  Possible extended hours during enrollment period. 


Compensation

Salary Range: $60k-65k USD annually
